• Company is not older than 3 years
• Has secured less than $200,000 in Seed/VC/Angel Funding
• No more than 20 FTE
• Is not a subsidiary of a multinational/corporate enterprise
• Has lesser than $2 million in annual revenue
• Has not sponsored The Customer Show previously
