Tarnya has over 20 years’ leadership and executive experience in strategy, customer and employee experience, digital engagement, partnerships and transformational change across Health, Utilities, Community and Local Government sectors. Her current role is Chief Customer Officer at City of Port Phillip, where she is driving a considerable customer culture and capability uplift following the successful delivery of a 3 year digital and customer transformation Program.
