Optus, FWD Insurance & Woolworths NZ Join Advisory Board in Australia-First

The Exclusive Advisory Board for Customer Show 2022 has been revealed, with leading directors from across globe taking part in the creating an event that brings the entire customer community together.

Taking part in the board includes Emma McRobert, VP Customer Care at Optus, as well as Troy Barnes, the Group CTO at FWD Insurance. Their experience will see Customer Show 2022 drive a new era of conversation and insights as the community looks to unite organisations towards one key vision: customer conversations.

Customer Show 2022 is focused on bringing the entire Customer Community together – no matter the individual’s role within the organisation – and uniting every department who plays even the slightest role in customer experience in the one room. This focus is designed with the intention to deliver open and honest conversations surrounding customer experience as organisations spearhead a customer-focused ecosystem from the top-down.

Customer Show 2022 will see 3 conference floors and 5 theatre-style events where each session focuses on a different area. This ranges from how we can instigate cultural change within organisations today, to how digital marketers can create more personalised messaging for their audiences.

Coming from different backgrounds and sitting in diverse C-Suite and Director roles, the 2022 Advisory Board will bring together diverse viewpoints and modes of thinking to spearhead customer experience.

With many different paths one can take to unite organisations, one thing they are each in agreement with: The first step to driving a customer-centric ecosystem is to change the culture from within. This is completed through time, open conversations and by bringing every person within the organisation together and on the same page.
