Leading an expanding ESD Team, LCI Principal, Matt Williams has 20 years’ experience in Sustainable Building Design. A mechanical engineer, Matt previously worked in design consultancies across commercial, heritage refurbishment, civic, university and multi-unit residential buildings. For nearly 13 years Matt worked for a large multinational property and construction firm designing and overseeing sustainability in large scale and notable projects across Australia. Matt’s healthcare experience includes Campbelltown Acute Services Building, Gosford Hospital major refurbishment, Prince of Wales Randwick and, since joining LCI 2 years ago, Matt has been working on the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment and the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct.
